We're Shakin', Stirrin', Sippin', Swayin' & Samba'in it up this Fall.

The Polished Palate , America's Premier Planner of Prestigious and Palatable Presentations of Potent Potables, is Pleased to Announce our Fall Celebrations of the Distiller's Art .

San Diego is our host city for The Spirits of Mexico, an event honoring the 185th Anniversary of Mexican Independence.  Sip & celebrate venerable Tequila institutions such as Herradura, Corazon, Sauza, Tres Generaciones, El Tesoro, El Amo, Corazon, Partida and polish your palate with tastes of newer entries such as El Duende, Don Chinto, Ley .925, La Capilla, Para Mi and more.  Become an aficionado of the agave:  Meet Phillip Soto Mares, Catador & Sofia Partida, President of Partida Tequila, as they lead you through tasting seminars.  And, beware, you'll be stung by the taste of Scorpion Mezcal's 5 Year Old, one of the top 50 spirits in the world.

We're shakin' and stirrin' at our VodkaFests-featuring Gin , in NYC and Tampa .  In NY you'll meet celebrated authors Anistatia Miller and Jared Brown (Shaken, Not Stirred:  A celebration of the Martini, Harper Collins), who traveled the world-someone had to do it-to find a vodka that lives up to their discerning tastes, for discerning consumers.  Enter Heavy Water-- start pumping those biceps and lift your spirits.  Heavy Water, dozens of new hand-crafted varieties and old favorites await your sipping pleasure.

"Mojito madness runs rampant", scream the headlines. If you love rum like we do, prepare to samba, salsa, sip and sway the night away at RumFest in NYC .  Meet Ian Williams, author of Rum: A Social and Sociable History of the Real Spirit of 1776-"a rambunctious and rollicking history-sodden with tasty lore", claims Kirkus Review (sounds like they're describing Ian!)

The Museum of the American Cocktail will host celebrity cocktail seminars at select events.  Silent Auctions, featuring rare and collectable bottlings and other items, will benefit the Sky Ranch Foundation. VIP Ticket sales will benefit all associated organizations.
