Newton, MA (November 11, 2010) — The Nightclub & Bar Convention and Trade Show (www.ncbshow.com ), America’s biggest and most important bar, nightclub and beverage event of the year, has opened registration for the 2011 event. Each year The Nightclub & Bar Convention and Trade Show brings more than 28,000 industry professionals together to meet with suppliers, network, learn and have fun. The 2011 conference will take place March 7-9, 2011 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
New this year, The Nightclub & Bar Show welcomes The Spirits of Mexico Las Vegas on March 8-9, 2011. The Spirits of Mexico Las Vegas is an event offering a unique opportunity for Mexican distillers to showcase their product to members of the bar, nightclub and restaurant communities and to a consumer base of spirit aficionados. Tasting, networking and education will be a part of The Spirits of Mexico including sessions on the evolution of Tequila, Mystical Mezcal; tequila tastings; discussions with celebrated master distillers/blenders, authors, mixologists, and ambassadors. A silent auction will also be held to benefit the Sky Ranch Foundation with new to market brands and rare and valuable collectables, some signed by the Master Distillers themselves.
In addition to The Nightclub & Bar Show’s tradition of creating a memorable nightlife line-up for attendees and exhibitors, the event also organizes an education program with industry giants speaking on a variety of topics.

The Nightclub & Bar Show will continue to feature its signature events including the Monday Welcome Kick-Off Party at Caesars Palace, DJ Spin Off, Shake It Up Competition, Dine-a-Round and Bar-Hop. Also in 2011, the Nightclub & Bar Show will launch the NCB Sports Bar Marketing Conference, a new conference seeking to help bars, restaurants, hotels and others attract patrons through the excitement of live and televised sports.
