Rum Fest 2006 Rum Cocktails

RUM COCKTAILS

MILLION DOLLAR MOJITO

Muddle fresh lime juice, sugar and mint.
Add Sea Wynde Rum and a splash of Club Soda.
Garnish with mint

CLASSIC 10 CANE DAIQUIRI

2 oz. 10 Cane Rum
1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
Garnish:  Lime Wheel.
Directions: Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass.  Add ice and
shake vigorously.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel.

BARBADOS RUM PUNCH

3 oz. Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
2 ½ oz. Simple Syrup
½ oz. Angostura Bitters
1 Pinch Nutmeg
In a 12 oz. glass filled with ice, pour in Rum, Lime Juice, Simple Syrup & Bitters. Fill glass with water and sprinkle nutmeg on top. Garnish with a cherry

ADULT FILM STARR
WINNER 2005 RUMFEST COMPETITION, RUM

2 oz. Starr African Rum
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz. Licor 43
¼ oz. Simple Syrup
3 Pieces of Cucumber
Nutmeg

In shaker, muddle cucumber, add all ingredients except for nutmeg and shake, strain over cracked ice in double rocks glass. Garnish with cucumber spears and grated nutmeg
