Shake vigorously over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass

OPTIONAL: Line the Martini glass with chocolate syrup for additional effect CRUSHED VELVET

ONE OUNCE TAWNEY PORT

Shake lightly over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Float homemade whipped cream to the thickness of 2 nickels.

Top with fresh grated nutmeg.
