INTRODUCING CHEF JORGE CAJIGAS

31 year old Jorge Cajigas is a native of Aguada, Puerto Rico. Food is not only a passion of Jorge’s, but a way of life. He has been involved in the food industry for over 10 years in various capacities including caterings ranging from 15-500 people, as a head chef at Baltimore’s first Puerto Rican restaurant, and as a volunteer at several organizations in both Baltimore City and Puerto Rico. Currently, as the owner of Doña Maria’s, LLC, he specializes in private caterings consisting of authentic Puerto Rican Cuisine. Dishes include traditional favorites such as Arroz con gandules, Pasteles, Pernil Asado and many more!
